AI Playbook Builder turns a written strategy idea into a complete Playbook with one supported strategy using existing TensorAlgo strategy blocks. You can review and adjust it, then choose Save or Save & Activate. After saving, you can add more strategies up to your plan limits.
No. AI Playbook Builder creates the complete Playbook, but you remain in control. Choose Save to keep it inactive or Save & Activate to save and activate it after validation passes.
Yes. Review the market, direction, generated strategy summary, validation result, targets, stop rules, and other advanced settings before activation. The Playbook is ready to save, but generated rules do not guarantee profitable results.
Background Evaluation costs $49 for Pro and $39 for Max for one eligible Playbook and 30 consecutive calendar days.
No. Turning it off stops new background evaluation, but the 30-day period continues and the expiry date does not change.
Yes, while the rental itself is active and the account is otherwise eligible. Background Evaluation stops when the rental expires. If rental access becomes valid again while the separate Background Evaluation period is still active, it can resume without buying another Background Evaluation period.
CSV Trade Export is included with Pro and Max. Other account types may include it when CSV export appears in the signed-in account limits under Settings → Billing. It is not included with Starter.
The export uses the current Trade History filter, including the selected instrument, result, period or date, and sort order.
Yes. The standard deterministic analytics do not use AI credits. AI credits are required only when you run the optional AI-powered analysis.
Choose an instrument and period first. If the card still has no results, the selected scope may contain no completed trades or may be outside your historical-data entitlement.
No. Deactivation stops active evaluation and signals but does not cancel the rental or subscription.
Deleting a rented Playbook removes the local copy and can cancel renewal. Paid access may remain until the current rental period ends, while the Playbook is removed from the Playbooks menu.
Open Settings, select Dashboard, choose any required instrument or market, and select the card you want to add. Return to the dashboard to view and arrange it.
The account may have reached its GEX/Gamma-card or streamed-symbol limit, the card may already be present where duplicates are not supported, or the feature may be unavailable for the current account state. Compare current usage with the effective limits shown for the account.
Yes. Support Tickets are private, account-linked requests available only inside the logged-in TensorAlgo dashboard. Visitors without an account can use the public Contact TensorAlgo form.
Open the public Contact TensorAlgo form and select Support. The response is sent by email.
Log in to TensorAlgo, open Help & Support, and select My Support Tickets. The public Support Center also includes a registered-user link to that dashboard section.
Trade Tape shows the current lifecycle of plans produced by active Playbooks. Use Trade History to review saved historical trade records.
Confirm the card market, show planned setups with the P control, and verify that the relevant Playbook is active. A plan may also be waiting for complete entry, target, stop, or current market data.
Use the P control in the Trade Tape heading. Hiding planned setups keeps the card focused on armed, triggered, and in-trade plans.
The card shows options-derived context such as Max Pain, Vol Trigger, Net DEX, Total AG, ATM IV, Dealer Regime, Gamma Flip, walls, rankings, and nearby important levels for the selected expiry.
No. Rankings show where options positioning is concentrated. They do not guarantee that price will reverse, stop, or accelerate at a level.
Gamma Flip is the estimated level where the signed Gamma profile changes from one side of zero to the other. Its interpretation depends on the selected expiry and current positioning.
Call Wall and Put Wall are concentrated call-side and put-side reference levels. They provide market context but do not guarantee support, resistance, or direction.
No. Max Pain is an expiry-based options reference associated with the lowest aggregate intrinsic payout across the relevant option set. It is context, not a price target.
No. Vol Trigger is a volatility-regime reference level. It is not an automatic entry, guaranteed breakout, or guaranteed support or resistance level.
GEX, OI, rankings, and regime context are calculated for the selected option expiry. Different expiries can produce different results.
The expiry may not exist for the instrument, the market may be between expiry windows, data may be temporarily unavailable, or Strict fallback may prevent replacement. Try Default or another supported mode.
Current Crypto Gamma coverage is available for BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT. Other crypto symbols can appear elsewhere in TensorAlgo without Crypto Gamma coverage.
Confirm that the symbol is BTCUSDT or ETHUSDT and review the update age. Live price availability does not automatically mean options-derived Gamma data is available.
Yes, for supported Gamma-enabled crypto instruments. Add a supported level-relation, Gamma metric, or Greek/regime condition and combine it with complete entry, invalidation, and trade-management rules.
The instrument may lack coverage, current Gamma data may be unavailable or stale, or the condition combination may be unsupported. Confirm the Playbook uses BTCUSDT or ETHUSDT and try again with fresh data.
No. Saved Risk Profiles compare setups with personal preferences and show compatibility warnings. The Playbook’s own settings govern execution.
The account may have reached its effective saved-Risk-Profile limit. The signed-in account limit shown in TensorAlgo is authoritative.
AI Credits are the included AI allowance for supported actions such as AI Playbook Builder and optional AI-powered Trade Intelligence analysis. Standard deterministic analytics do not consume AI Credits.
Check AI Credits left today, AI Credits left in the billing period, the displayed action cost, and whether an applicable Platform Credit fallback is available.
Platform Credits are a separately purchased balance for eligible paid actions. They are separate from the AI Credits included with a plan. The payment screen shows whether an action accepts them.
Confirm checkout completed, return to Settings → Credits, review Platform Credit Activity, and allow a short period for confirmation. Open a Support Ticket if payment succeeded but the balance remains missing.
Open Settings → Billing → Subscription. It shows the current plan, subscription status, payment method, current period end, renewal state, and the actions available for the account.
When the current subscription is expired or cancelled and no active subscription blocks the change, Billing can show Choose payment method or another new-checkout action. Use the action currently shown for the account.
Open Settings → Billing → Plans. The comparison shows the current limits and marks the signed-in account plan.
No. TensorAlgo does not currently offer a lifetime purchase option. Use the plans and checkout options shown in Settings → Billing for the purchase terms currently available.
Renting provides access for the displayed rental period and renewal state. Buying provides purchased access to the listing under the terms shown during checkout.
No. Eligible Marketplace strategy parameters and proprietary conditions remain protected for renters and purchasers, and acquired Playbooks cannot be republished as your own.
Use one of the methods currently displayed at checkout. The current rental flow can offer card payment, Platform Credits, or crypto.
Renewal depends on the payment method and terms shown at checkout. Card and Platform Credit rentals can auto-renew until cancelled; crypto rentals can require manual renewal.
No. Deactivation stops active evaluation but does not cancel the rental. Review renewal under Settings → Billing → Rented Playbooks or the available rental-management action.
Buying a Marketplace Playbook provides purchased access under the terms shown during checkout.
Pro and Max include Marketplace publishing. Other role-specific account types can publish only when that access appears in the signed-in account limits.
The Playbook needs trading activity across at least 10 separate trading days, with at least one closed trade on each qualifying day.
No. Only eligible Playbooks created by your account can be listed. Rented, purchased, and system-default Playbooks cannot be sold.
An approved streamer or creator earns 15% commission on eligible referred subscription revenue, and a newly referred customer receives a separate 15% discount on the eligible monthly subscription price.
No. Referral-code lookup is case-insensitive in the supported referral flow.
The inviter earns 3% of eligible subscription revenue generated by subscribers referred by the directly invited streamer. It is tracked separately from the streamer’s Affiliate commission.
Eligible Affiliate and Invite Streamers commission remains pending for 14 days so payment, subscription, refund, reversal, and attribution changes can be processed.
Refresh the dashboard, confirm the signed-in account and payment result, and allow a short period for reconciliation. Do not repeat checkout while the first payment is still being processed.

Refresh the dashboard and check the symbol again. If the same supported crypto market continues to show an inactive price-feed status, open a Support Ticket with the exact symbol, approximate time, and a screenshot.
General crypto market support and Crypto Gamma are separate capabilities. BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT are the current Crypto Gamma-enabled markets; other supported crypto markets can still be used in their supported price, Playbook, Trade Tape, Trade History, and Trade Intelligence workflows.
Direct crypto payment is 10% cheaper for monthly subscriptions, Background Evaluation, Marketplace Playbook purchases, and Marketplace Playbook rentals.
Yes for eligible monthly subscription checkout. The discount code is applied first, then the additional 10% crypto saving is calculated from the already-discounted subscription amount.
The cash price of the Platform Credit pack stays the same, but crypto grants 10% more Platform Credits: 11,000 for $10, 28,600 for $25, or 58,300 for $50.
No. Platform Credits pay the normal Platform Credit price. The crypto benefit is applied when buying Platform Credits, where crypto grants 10% more credits.
Each valid referred user gives 1 Performance point. If that user later becomes paid, you also receive a one-time paid-plan bonus.
The one-time paid-plan bonus is +10 points for Starter, +15 for Pro, or +25 for Max. Including the original 1 referral point, that is 11, 16, or 26 total points for that referred user.
A valid directly invited streamer or creator gives 5 points. When that streamer reaches two active paying referred customers, you receive a one-time +20 point bonus.
Monthly Performance progress resets when a new month begins. all-time statistics are retained separately.
The current official TensorAlgo launch code is LAUNCH. It gives 15% off an eligible monthly subscription when accepted at checkout.
Choose an eligible monthly plan, open the discount-code field in checkout, enter LAUNCH, and select Apply. Confirm that checkout says “Discount code applied.” and shows the reduced monthly price before you pay.
Yes. The 15% LAUNCH discount is applied first, then the direct-crypto price is another 10% lower. For example, Pro at $299 becomes $254.15 with LAUNCH and $228.74 when paid with crypto.
No. LAUNCH is an official first-party TensorAlgo promotion code. It does not create affiliate attribution or commission. Creator and referral codes are handled separately.
No. Checkout accepts one discount code at a time. The separate 10% direct-crypto saving can still apply after an eligible subscription discount code.
Check the code, select Apply, and confirm you are using an eligible monthly subscription checkout. If an older or third-party code fails, use the current code shown on TensorAlgo’s official discount-code page. Do not continue payment if the displayed total is not what you expect.
Marketplace seller commission is progressive for each Playbook in each UTC calendar month: successful transactions 1–10 use 50%, 11–25 use 60%, and 26+ use 70%. Successful purchases, new rentals, and paid monthly rental renewals count; failed payments do not.
After the 14-day hold, Available Marketplace seller earnings can either be converted at $1 = 1,000 Platform Credits plus a 6.5% Platform Credit bonus, or requested as cash with a 3.5% payout fee for the next eligible 1st/16th UTC payout batch. Conversion is final, automatic conversion is optional and off by default, and only cash-requested Marketplace earnings enter the cash payout process.
Marketplace seller, Affiliate, and Invite Streamers earnings use the same settlement policy after the 14-day hold. You can convert $1 of Available Earnings into 1,000 base Platform Credits plus a 6.5% bonus, or request cash with a 3.5% payout processing fee.
$100 of Available Creator Earnings converts to 106,500 Platform Credits: 100,000 base Platform Credits at the $1 = 1,000 rate plus a 6,500 Platform Credit bonus. The same rule applies to Marketplace, Affiliate, and Invite Streamers earnings.
A 3.5% payout processing fee applies to cash requests from Marketplace seller, Affiliate, and Invite Streamers earnings. A $100 gross request therefore has a $3.50 fee and a $96.50 net cash payout.
Yes. Automatic conversion is optional and off by default. When enabled, future Available Marketplace seller, Affiliate, and Invite Streamers earnings all convert using the same $1 = 1,000 base Platform Credits plus 6.5% bonus rule.
Trade Alerts notify you about selected simulated Playbook lifecycle events such as Opportunity found, Trade entered, targets, stops, closure, invalidation, cancellation, and planned setups. Alerts are delivery only: they do not activate a Playbook, place trades, or keep a Playbook evaluating.
Yes, when the Playbook continues evaluating while you are away and Web Push is registered on the device. A Push subscription does not keep a normal Playbook running. Background Evaluation is what lets an eligible Playbook continue monitoring after TensorAlgo is closed, so it can create new lifecycle events to send while you are away.
Browser alerts control TensorAlgo browser-notification delivery for your enabled Trade Alert events. Web Push while away is the device-specific Push registration that lets that browser receive eligible notifications when the page is not open. Each computer or browser must be registered separately.
Yes. Turn on In-dashboard sound to play the TensorAlgo alert sound with enabled Trade Alerts while the dashboard is open. Use Test sound to verify it. For Web Push received while the browser is closed or in the background, notification sound behavior is controlled by the browser and operating system.
No on the device you explicitly log out from. Closing the tab or browser keeps that device registered so eligible away alerts can still arrive. Explicit logout removes that browser/device's Push subscription before the session is cleared, without disabling your other registered devices or the account-wide Browser Alerts preference.
Use the Alerts checkbox on that Playbook's dashboard card or in Settings → Playbooks. This controls whether that specific Playbook may send the lifecycle events selected in Settings → Trade Alerts. Background evaluation is a separate control that determines whether eligible monitoring continues while TensorAlgo is closed.
A passkey is an optional passwordless sign-in method backed by your supported device, browser, or password manager. You can add passkeys in Settings → Security and keep email magic-link sign-in available as a fallback sign-in method.
Yes. Settings → Security → Passkeys supports multiple registered passkeys. You can also rename them so it is easier to recognize which device or password-manager passkey you are managing.
Yes. Adding a passkey does not remove email magic-link sign-in. If authenticator 2FA is enabled, however, completing a different first-factor sign-in method does not bypass the required authenticator challenge.
Open Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication (2FA), choose Add authenticator app, scan the QR code or enter the setup key in your authenticator app, then enter the current 6-digit code and choose Verify & enable.
After your normal first-factor sign-in, TensorAlgo requires the current 6-digit code from your enrolled authenticator when 2FA is enabled. Switching between email magic-link and passkey sign-in does not remove that second-factor requirement.
Do not send authenticator setup keys or one-time codes to anyone. If you cannot complete the required second-factor challenge, use TensorAlgo's public support/contact path and explain that you need account-access help. Email magic-link sign-in remains a first-factor option, but it does not bypass enabled 2FA.
Open app.tensoralgo.com in a supported browser. When the browser reports the dashboard as installable, TensorAlgo can show an Install TensorAlgo prompt that opens the browser's native installation dialog. Some browsers also expose their own Install or Add to Home Screen action.
The branded prompt appears only when the current browser reports TensorAlgo as installable and the app is not already running in installed mode. If you chose Maybe later, TensorAlgo suppresses that prompt for seven days before it can be offered again when the browser still reports installation is available.
No. App installation, Browser alerts, and Web Push registration are separate capabilities. Installing TensorAlgo does not automatically grant notification permission or register Web Push, and Trade Alerts can still work in a normal supported browser when their delivery settings are enabled.
If you select a timezone in Settings → Profile, that profile timezone is used for user-facing Trade History, Trade Intelligence Center, analytics, CSV history reads, dates, and displayed times. If Profile timezone is Automatic, TensorAlgo uses the current browser/device timezone, with UTC only as a final fallback.
Yes. Choose an explicit IANA timezone such as America/New_York in Settings → Profile instead of Automatic. The saved profile timezone then takes priority for supported user-facing trade dates and times even if the device timezone changes.
No. The Profile timezone changes supported user-facing dates and displayed times. Market sessions, exchange hours, and maintenance clocks keep their market-specific timezone and are not rewritten by this display preference.
Armed Setup Protection decides how long an already-valid setup may wait for entry and which pre-entry price events retire it early. It can use a maximum wait, stop/invalidation touch, TP1 reached first, movement toward TP1, or movement away from entry. It does not loosen the strategy's setup or entry conditions.
Supported strategy editors can inherit the Playbook-level Setup Protection or use a strategy-specific override. The inherited view keeps the Playbook rule authoritative until you intentionally enable a strategy override.
For a finite-entry strategy, Same setup re-arm controls when the same factual setup may start a fresh entry-quota cycle. A genuinely new factual setup receives its own fresh quota; the re-arm setting is for reuse of the same setup.
After setup reset requires price to leave the factual setup by the configured distance before a return can start a fresh cycle. After setup reset + minimum time requires both that reset and the time condition. After time only uses the time condition without requiring a price reset.
For the time-based re-arm modes, leaving the re-arm delay blank uses the strategy cooldown. Reset-only mode does not use the time delay.
Open Settings → Dashboard Setup → Appearance and use the Ask TensorAlgo Show / Hide control. Hiding the floating launcher does not remove Help & Support; you can turn the launcher back on later from the same setting.
TensorAlgo can use local browser notifications while the dashboard is active even when the device cannot finish background Web Push registration. Closed-browser delivery requires a working device-specific Web Push subscription, and continued Playbook evaluation while away still requires Background Evaluation where applicable.
