How do I turn Trade Alerts on or off for one Playbook?

Use the Alerts checkbox on that Playbook's dashboard card or in Settings → Playbooks. This controls whether that specific Playbook may send the lifecycle events selected in Settings → Trade Alerts. Background evaluation is a separate control that determines whether eligible monitoring continues while TensorAlgo is closed.
