Can I use Background Evaluation on a rented Playbook?

Yes, while the rental itself is active and the account is otherwise eligible. Background Evaluation stops when the rental expires. If rental access becomes valid again while the separate Background Evaluation period is still active, it can resume without buying another Background Evaluation period.
