What is the difference between Browser alerts and Web Push while away?

Browser alerts control TensorAlgo browser-notification delivery for your enabled Trade Alert events. Web Push while away is the device-specific Push registration that lets that browser receive eligible notifications when the page is not open. Each computer or browser must be registered separately.
