What do you need help with?

A supported market is missing or appears inactive

TensorAlgo's supported markets are:

  • futures: NQ, ES, GC, SI;
  • crypto: BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, SOL/USDT, XRP/USDT, DOGE/USDT, BNB/USDT, ADA/USDT, AVAX/USDT, LINK/USDT, LTC/USDT.

If the market is missing from a selector

  1. Refresh the dashboard.
  2. Reopen the market or instrument selector.
  3. Confirm that your current plan has room for another active or streamed instrument.
  4. Sign out and sign in again if the selector still shows an older list.
  5. Open a Support Ticket if a supported symbol is still missing.

Include the exact symbol and a screenshot of the selector.

If a crypto market appears inactive

Refresh the page and check the symbol again. If the same supported symbol continues to show an inactive price-feed status, open a Support Ticket and include:

  • the exact crypto symbol;
  • the approximate time the issue was visible;
  • a screenshot of the status.

If a crypto market does not show Crypto Gamma

Crypto Gamma is a separate capability from general crypto market support. BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT are the current Crypto Gamma-enabled markets.

A crypto market can therefore be supported for Playbooks, price data, Trade Tape, Trade History, and Trade Intelligence without displaying a Crypto Gamma card.
