Troubleshoot Trade Intelligence Center
“Choose a period to begin”
No period has been selected.
Choose a period or specific date to load the performance view.
“Not enough data yet”
The selected scope contains fewer completed trades than the reliability threshold.
Try a broader period, another instrument, or continue collecting completed-trade evidence.
No completed trades are available
The selected instrument and period have no eligible completed trades.
The card can show a zero performance snapshot together with a message such as No completed trades available. This is an empty sample, not a failed AI request.

Check Trade History with the same instrument and date or period. If the trades are still open, they are not part of the closed-trade performance sample yet.
Do not start an AI review until the selected sample contains eligible completed trades.
The selected date or period is locked
The request is outside the account's historical-data entitlement.
Choose a date or period within the historical range included with your account.
AI analysis says there are insufficient credits
Check:
- remaining included AI allowance;
- available Platform Credits;
- the current credit cost shown for the action;
- whether a previous request was already completed.
The standard analytics work but AI analysis does not
This can be normal because deterministic analytics and AI analysis are separate layers.
Standard analytics do not use AI credits. AI analysis requires the AI service and sufficient credits.
The result contains a limitation
A data limitation is part of the analysis, not necessarily an error.
Examples include:
- a small sample;
- missing fields in older records;
- unclassified strategy grouping;
- a large selected dataset that limits the number of examples included.
