Review saved reports and PDF output

A Trade Intelligence review becomes more useful when you can return to it later. Completed AI reviews are saved in the Report Journal, giving you a history of what TensorAlgo found, what evidence supported it, and what you planned to review next.

That turns one AI analysis into a reusable performance record instead of a one-time screen.

Find and reopen a saved report

Open Trade Intelligence Center and scroll to Report Journal.

The journal can let you:

• search saved reports;
• filter the list;
• reopen a completed review;
• download its PDF when available;
• archive a report from the main list;
• view archived reports and restore them later;
• load more saved reports when more history is available.

Opening a saved report loads the stored completed review. It does not start a new AI analysis by itself.

Read the report from evidence to next steps

A Complete Performance Review can contain several layers. The exact sections depend on the selected review type and available evidence, but a useful reading order is:

1. performance summary;
2. Playbook/strategy contribution;
3. session and execution evidence;
4. downside/risk observations;
5. evidence/sample reliability;
6. conclusions;
7. performance review plan.

Do not skip straight to the final action list. The evidence and sample-size context explain why an item appears there and how much confidence to place in it.

Use the Performance Review Plan as a checkpoint

The final plan can turn findings into explicit follow-up items: the action to consider, the evidence behind it, what to measure, and when to review the issue again.

A useful plan item is something you can verify later. For example, rather than “trade better,” a review might give you a specific execution or session behavior to measure in the next sample.

The plan supports performance review and learning. It is not personalized financial advice or a live-trade instruction.

Download the PDF when you want the report outside TensorAlgo

Use the PDF action in Report Journal when you want a portable copy of the saved review.

PDFs are useful when you want to:

• keep a review with your own trading journal;
• compare reports side by side;
• review the plan away from the dashboard;
• preserve a checkpoint before changing an owned Playbook.

Downloading an existing saved report does not by itself start another AI review or charge the cost of a new analysis.

Reopening a report does not use another AI review

A saved report represents the completed analysis that already ran. Reopening it simply loads that stored review.

AI Credits apply when you deliberately start a new AI analysis from the current analysis controls. The displayed review cost applies to that new request.

This makes the Report Journal valuable for repeated review: you can revisit previous conclusions without paying again just to read them.

Archive without losing the underlying trade history

Archiving removes a saved review from the main journal view. It does not delete the Trade History records that were used for the analysis.

Use the Archived filter when you want to find or restore an older report.

Compare reports over time

One of the strongest uses of the journal is comparison. Reopen an earlier report before reviewing a newer one and ask:

• Did the same weak session remain weak?
• Did the identified execution issue improve?
• Did a Playbook change produce the intended effect?
• Did an early small-sample observation disappear after more trades?
• Is a previously strong contributor still carrying the result?

This is where saved reports become a progress record rather than a collection of PDFs.

If a report or PDF will not open

Try these checks first:

1. refresh the Report Journal;
2. clear search/filter values that might hide the report;
3. check the Archived filter;
4. confirm the saved report still appears before using its PDF action;
5. reopen the report before trying the PDF again.

If a completed report is visible but neither the report nor PDF opens, open a Support Ticket with the report date/type and the visible error. Do not start a new AI review simply to replace a saved report unless you actually want a fresh analysis of the current evidence.
