Grow your TensorAlgo Performance progress

The Performance area turns useful participation around TensorAlgo into visible progress. Referral activity, eligible creator actions, and the reward milestones assigned to your account can all contribute to a clearer path toward the next available reward.

Instead of keeping referral results and creator activity scattered across different places, the Performance workspace shows your current progress, recent activity, and the actions available to you.

Build progress by introducing traders to TensorAlgo

Trader referrals can contribute Performance points when the referral is valid and again when that referred user reaches an eligible first paid plan.

For each valid referred user:

• valid referral: 1 point;
• first paid Starter plan: +10 points;
• first paid Pro plan: +15 points;
• first paid Max plan: +25 points.

That means a valid referral who later becomes paid contributes:

• 11 total points when the first paid plan is Starter;
• 16 total points when the first paid plan is Pro;
• 26 total points when the first paid plan is Max.

The base referral award and first-paid-plan bonus are one-time awards for that referred user.

Earn progress from direct streamer invitations

When you directly invite an eligible streamer or creator:

• a valid direct streamer invite contributes 5 points;
• when that streamer reaches two active paying referred customers, the active-streamer milestone contributes +20 points.

The active-streamer bonus is awarded once for that invited streamer.

Submit creator content for review

The Performance workspace also includes a creator-content submission flow when that action is available to the account. You can submit a video with its title, URL, platform, tags, and notes for admin review.

To submit a video:

1. Open Settings → Performance.
2. Go to the available content-submission area.
3. Add the video title and URL.
4. Choose the platform and add useful tags or review notes.
5. Confirm the marketing-usage consent shown in the form.
6. Select Submit for review.

Submitting content does not itself guarantee points or a reward. The current Performance page and the account's assigned reward definitions determine which approved actions contribute progress.

See your progress instead of guessing

The Performance page can show milestone progress and Recent Activity, making it easier to understand where points came from and what is still needed for the next reward.

Performance progress for the current month resets when a new month starts, while all-time statistics are retained separately.

Claim rewards when they become available

Open Settings → Performance to see the reward milestones currently assigned to your account. When a reward becomes claimable, use the available claim action from the Performance page.

Free-trial users can use eligible free-day rewards to extend TensorAlgo access. The current signed-in Performance page remains authoritative because reward groups and available actions can differ by account.

If expected points are missing

Check Recent Activity first and confirm that the underlying action reached the required state—for example, that a referral is valid, a first paid plan completed, or a creator submission has actually been reviewed where approval is required.

If the qualifying action is complete but the points still do not appear after refreshing the Performance page, open a Support Ticket and include the relevant user, activity, or submission reference without sharing sensitive payment information.
