TensorAlgo provides public help for everyone and private account support for registered users.
Search the Support Center
The public Support Center and the logged-in Help & Support area include the same guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting help.
You can search:
- how-to guides;
- frequently asked questions;
- troubleshooting articles;
- feature and workflow explanations.
Screenshots appear inside the relevant guide steps so that each image is shown with its instructions and context.
Contact TensorAlgo without an account
Use the public Contact TensorAlgo form when you have a platform, partnership, or support question before you have a registered TensorAlgo account.
Select Support in the contact form when the message is a support question.
Replies are sent by email.
Create a private Support Ticket
Support Tickets are available only inside the logged-in TensorAlgo dashboard.
- Open Help & Support.
- Select My Support Tickets.
- Select Create Support Ticket.
- Choose a category.
- Enter a clear subject and description.
- Submit the ticket.
The ticket remains linked to the account, and the user can review its status and continue the conversation from the same area.
Open tickets from the public website
The public Support Center includes a My Support Tickets button for registered users.
- If the user is already logged in, the button opens the Support Tickets area directly.
- If the user is not logged in, TensorAlgo displays the normal existing login page.
The link does not create a new account and does not change the existing login or magic-link flow.
AI-assisted support
When appropriate, TensorAlgo can prepare a suggested response to help the support team review the request.
A team member reviews the response before it is sent. Requests that need additional account information, a policy decision, or a security review are escalated to the appropriate team.
