Understand Creator Earnings status
Marketplace seller earnings, Affiliate earnings, and Invite Streamers earnings use the same settlement policy.
Pending
The earning is inside the 14-day hold or another required check. It cannot yet be settled.
Available
The hold completed. For every Creator Earnings source, the creator can choose either:
- convert at $1 = 1,000 base Platform Credits plus a 6.5% bonus; or
- request cash with a 3.5% payout processing fee.
For example, $100 Available becomes 106,500 Platform Credits, while a $100 cash request has a $96.50 net amount.
Automatic Platform Credit conversion is optional, applies to all three earning sources, and is off by default.
Converted to Platform Credits
The Available earning was converted, including the 6.5% bonus. Conversion is final for that earning and it cannot also be requested as cash.
Cash payout requested
The creator explicitly selected cash. The gross amount, 3.5% processing fee, and net amount are recorded. Eligible requested-cash settlements enter the twice-monthly payout cycle on the 1st and 16th UTC.
Included in payout
The requested cash settlement has been assigned to an eligible payout batch and is no longer Available for conversion.
Paid
The payout record indicates that the requested net cash amount was paid through the configured payout method.
Adjusted or reversed
The amount changed because an underlying payment, subscription, Marketplace transaction, refund, chargeback, reversal, or attribution changed. TensorAlgo keeps the ledger history while the affected settlement is reconciled.
Open Settings → Earnings (#earnings) for the signed-in account's combined Marketplace, Affiliate, and Invite Streamers wallet. The Earnings page shows Pending and Available balances, Platform Credit conversions, cash payout requests, and the recent Creator Earnings activity ledger in one place. Open a Support Ticket when an eligible earning or payout status is missing or unclear.
