Why Creator Earnings remain pending for 14 days

Eligible Marketplace seller, Affiliate, and Invite Streamers earnings use the same settlement flow. Each earning is held in a Pending state for 14 days from the applicable earning event recorded by TensorAlgo.

Why there is a hold

The pending period allows time to account for:

payment confirmation;
subscription or Marketplace transaction changes;
cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or reversals;
duplicate or invalid attribution;
required ledger adjustments.

What Pending means

A Pending earning has been recorded but cannot yet be converted or requested for cash payout. It can still be adjusted if the underlying payment, transaction, subscription, or attribution changes during the hold.

After the hold: Available Earnings

After 14 days, an eligible entry becomes Available Earnings. The source remains visible as Marketplace, Affiliate, or Invite Streamers, but all three use the same settlement choices:

convert Available Earnings at $1 = 1,000 base Platform Credits plus a 6.5% Platform Credit bonus; or
request a cash payout with a 3.5% payout processing fee.

For example, $100 of Available Earnings can become 106,500 Platform Credits, or a $100 cash request produces a $96.50 net payout after the $3.50 processing fee.

Automatic Platform Credit conversion is optional, applies to all three Creator Earnings sources when enabled, and is off by default. Creator earnings are not automatically placed into a cash payout batch merely because the hold ended.

Separate source ledgers, one settlement policy

Marketplace seller earnings, Affiliate earnings, and Invite Streamers earnings remain separate source entries for accounting and reporting. Their settlement economics are nevertheless identical.

When an earning remains Pending longer

Open a Support Ticket when more than 14 days have passed, the underlying transaction remains eligible, the entry has not progressed, and no explanatory status is shown.

Include the visible earning reference and date. Do not include payment credentials.
