Understand and use your AI Credits
AI Credits are the included allowance that lets you use TensorAlgo's optional AI-powered features without turning every analysis or Playbook build into a separate checkout.
They are included with the applicable account plan and are separate from Platform Credits. That distinction is useful: AI Credits power supported AI actions, while Platform Credits are a separately purchased balance that can be used for a broader set of eligible paid services.
What AI Credits unlock
Current AI-powered actions include:
- AI Playbook Builder, which turns a written trading idea into a structured TensorAlgo Playbook;
- optional Trade Intelligence Center AI reviews, which turn your recorded trading evidence into a deeper structured analysis and next-step review.
Standard deterministic Trade Intelligence Center analytics remain available without consuming AI Credits. This lets you review your core performance data freely and reserve AI Credits for the deeper AI-powered workflows you choose to run.
Your allowance has a daily and billing-period view
The account can have:
- a daily included limit;
- a billing-period included limit;
- a remaining amount for the current day;
- a remaining amount for the current billing period.
Open Settings → Credits to see the values currently available to your account. Signed-in account limits are authoritative.
Know the cost before choosing a review
The current configured AI Credit prices are:

This gives you control over how you use the allowance. A quick review costs less than the broader analyses, while AI Playbook Builder uses a fixed 400 AI Credits for the supported build action.
Included AI Credits are used before applicable Platform Credits.

Your signed-in Credits page remains the source of truth for the current account because entitlements and account state can affect the effective values.
Review exactly where AI Credits were used
The AI Usage area shows recent AI actions so you can connect credit usage with the feature that used it. Entries can show the action type, date, charged amount, and result status.
This is particularly useful when you are using both AI Playbook Builder and several Trade Intelligence review types and want to understand how the allowance is being spent.
AI Credits and Platform Credits can complement each other
AI Credits are your included AI allowance. Where the product supports Platform Credit fallback, applicable Platform Credits can cover supported AI usage after the included allowance.
That means you can keep the included allowance for normal AI use and maintain Platform Credits separately for eligible paid actions across TensorAlgo.
When an AI action cannot run
If an AI-powered action is unavailable, check:
- whether the daily included allowance has been used;
- whether the billing-period included allowance has been used;
- whether an applicable Platform Credit fallback has enough balance;
- whether the requested AI action is available for the current account state;
- whether the AI service is temporarily unavailable.
Use Settings → Credits to review the current balances and recent usage before retrying.
