Affiliate program for streamers and creators

The Affiliate program gives approved streamers and creators a direct way to share TensorAlgo with their audience, give eligible referred customers a 15% subscription discount, and earn 15% commission on eligible referred subscription revenue.

Your Affiliate area keeps the referral tools and commission context together so you can see the relationship between the code you share, the customers attributed to it, and the resulting commission state.

The referral has value for both sides

For an eligible referral:

• the referred customer receives 15% off the eligible monthly subscription price;
• the approved streamer or creator earns 15% commission on eligible referred subscription revenue.

Those are separate calculations. The customer discount is not deducted from the stated affiliate commission rate as though they were the same percentage.

Share your code or referral link

Open the Affiliate area to find the personal referral code and referral link assigned to the approved account.

You can share either through the supported signup or checkout flow. Referral-code lookup is case-insensitive.

A useful referral path is simple:

1. share the personal code or link with the audience;
2. the customer completes the supported signup/checkout flow;
3. TensorAlgo records eligible attribution;
4. eligible subscription revenue creates commission activity;
5. the Affiliate area shows the current referral and commission state.

Review Affiliate activity

The Affiliate overview can show information such as:

• the current 15% commission rate;
• active referrals;
• pending commission;
• paid commission;
• personal referral code;
• referral link;
• related commission/ledger activity when available.

Use the displayed account state when you need an exact current count or payout amount.

Commission starts pending

Eligible affiliate commission remains pending for 14 days before it can progress to the next payout state.

The pending period gives TensorAlgo time to account for payment confirmation, subscription changes, reversals, attribution checks, and related ledger adjustments.

Performance points are separate from commission

Eligible referral activity can also add Performance points:

• each valid referred user: 1 point;
• first paid Starter plan: +10 points;
• first paid Pro plan: +15 points;
• first paid Max plan: +25 points.

The base referral point and first-paid-plan bonus are one-time awards for that referred user. Performance points do not replace Affiliate commission; they are a separate reward system.

Marketplace creator revenue is separate

Affiliate commission applies to eligible referred subscription revenue. Marketplace sales and rentals use their own transaction and creator-revenue rules and are not part of the Affiliate subscription commission calculation.

If a referral or commission is missing

Check the Affiliate area first and confirm the expected referral appears there.

If the customer says they used your referral but no eligible activity appears, or a commission remains missing beyond the expected status flow, use Troubleshoot missing or delayed commission and open a Support Ticket if needed. Include the approximate referral/payment time and the non-sensitive identifying information Support requests; never send payment credentials.
