How the 15% referral discount works
An eligible customer referred by an approved TensorAlgo streamer or creator can receive 15% off the eligible monthly subscription price through that creator's referral attribution.
The discount gives the referred customer a direct benefit while keeping the creator's commission tracked separately.
Use the creator's supported referral path
The approved streamer or creator can share a personal referral code or referral link from the Affiliate area.
Use that code or link through the supported signup or checkout flow so TensorAlgo can evaluate the referral correctly. Referral-code lookup is case-insensitive.
Confirm the discount before completing checkout
Before paying, review the checkout summary and confirm the eligible referral discount is reflected in the displayed subscription price.
If the expected discount is not shown, do not assume it will be added after payment. Recheck the referral code/link and the checkout state first.
The customer discount and creator commission are separate
The customer receives a 15% discount on the eligible monthly subscription price.
The approved creator separately earns 15% commission on eligible referred subscription revenue according to the Affiliate rules. One percentage does not replace the other.

Referral discount versus other offers
The signed-in checkout is authoritative for which eligible discounts or offers are accepted for a specific purchase.
If another code or promotional offer is involved, confirm the final price shown by checkout before paying rather than assuming discounts will combine.
If the referral discount is missing
Check these items before opening a ticket:
- confirm you used the intended creator's current referral code or link;
- confirm the code was entered through the supported signup/checkout flow;
- reload the checkout once if the displayed price has not refreshed;
- confirm you are looking at an eligible monthly subscription checkout;
- do not complete repeated checkouts simply to test whether the discount will appear later.
If the eligible discount still does not appear, use Troubleshoot a discount or coupon code or open a Support Ticket with the referral code, plan being selected, and the non-sensitive checkout state shown before payment.
