1. Overview

This Billing & Refund Policy governs payments, subscriptions, and refunds for TensorAlgo ("Platform", "we", "us"). By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to this policy.

2. Pricing & Plans

TensorAlgo may offer subscription plans, usage-based credits, free access, or trial access. All prices are displayed before purchase.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize recurring charges for subscriptions. We do not store full payment details.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and access remains until the end of the billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Due to the digital nature of the Platform and immediate access to software services, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Unused subscription time
  • Partial billing periods
  • User inactivity or lack of usage
  • Change of mind after purchase

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in limited cases, including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Verified billing errors
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the Platform

All refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the charge.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Purchasing access to the Platform does not guarantee any trading results, performance improvements, or financial outcomes. Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with results.

7. Trial Periods

If a free trial is offered, no charges occur until the trial ends. Users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access may be limited or suspended, and we may retry billing. Continued failure may result in account termination.

9. Pricing Changes

We may update pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, changes apply at the next billing cycle and users will be notified in advance where required.

10. Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable taxes. Users are responsible for taxes based on location.

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend or terminate your account. Please contact us first to resolve issues.

12. Service Nature Disclaimer

TensorAlgo is a digital software service. Access may be granted immediately upon purchase and no physical goods are delivered.
